Pretty soon, you’ll be noticing a new ad campaign for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and one of our favorite “Friends” is doing it for the kids.

Jennifer Aniston is lending her support to the 2007 Thanks and Giving Campaign. She will be appearing in a television ad urging people to donate money to the St Jude Hospital.
